Objective: 

This course will enable the students to-

  • Develop personalized dietary plans for athletes, wrestlers, astronauts, and individuals at high altitudes, considering their specific nutritional needs and performance goals
  • Create an emergency food supply plan that accounts for nutritional requirements, storage and accessibility during disaster situation.
  • Conduct a comprehensive survey on ergogenic aids, evaluating their efficacy, safety and legal considerations and provide recommendations for their use in enhancing performance.
