This course will enable the students

• Role of Antioxidants in disease prevention.
• Role of probiotics in disease prevention.
• Role of omega-3 fatty acids, carotenoids, dietary fiber, phytoestogens: glucosinates; organosulphur compounds as neutraceuticals in disease prevention.
