Report on National Nutrition Week (1st -7thSeptember) celebration
On the occasion of National Nutrition Week (1st -7thSeptember) the department has organized Nutritious Recipe making competition on 2nd September 2014 from 11:15 onwards in A 303 and the recipes were displayed in Srijan Hall.
It was mandatory for all the students of B Sc Home Science to participate in the activity. Students were supposed to prepare nutrient dense recipes specific for particular age group or physiological state.
Students were supposed to cook the dish in a group of 2-3. A total of 22 groups have participated in the competition. A vast variety of dishes were prepared by the students. The judges for the event were Dr Sunil Khurana, Principal, IIERD, Jaipur and Dr Radha Kashyap, Head, GPM, The IIS University, Jaipur.
