  • Planning, preparation and service of the Therapeutic Diets – Normal, Soft, Clear and full fluid
  • Planning, preparation and service of the diets for following diseases/conditions -
    • Fevers: Typhoid and Tuberculosis
    • Diarrhoea
    • Constipation
    • Lactose Intolerance
    • Celiac Disease
    • Hepatitis
    • Obesity
    • Type 2 Diabetes
    • Hyperlipidemia
  • Recommend dietary counselling for different diseases/conditions
  • Survey of therapeutic foods available in the market
