Visit to Jaipur Dairy on 8-10-2012

Students of M sc H Sc Foods an Nutrition visited Jaipur Dairy as part of their course curriculum. They have observed the unloading section of milk, the pasteurization unit, paxkaging unit, butter ghee, chhahh preparation and packaging unit of all the items. They have also seen the step in refrigerator
