Badges Distribution on International Youth Day

To sensitize the youth in the campus, badges were distributed by Department of Home Science (Human Development) on the occasion of ‘International Youth Day’ (12th August). The aim of this activity was to motivate the youth to participate actively in transformation of the world. It starts with the transformation of the individual itself and without any doubt, it can be said that youth are the most powerful and effective weapon for any nation to bring transformation. The only thing need to be done is motivating them towards their goal and utilizing their energy in channelized way.

The colorful badges depicting the energy and enthusiasm of today’s youth were designed by the M.Sc Home Science students. The Distribution was started with our Vice Chancellor Dr Ashok Gupta sir and then followed with Dr. Rakhi Gupta, Rector and Registrar of the university. The M.sc and B.Sc students of Home Science distributed around 150 badges to faculties and students of the college.
