1. Constitutional Provisions (Article-14, 15(3), 21, 21(A), 23, 24, 25-28, 39(e) & (f) and Article 45
2. Legislations-The JJ Act-2000 (amended in 2006 & 2011), The Child Labour Act-1986, The Prohibition of Child marriage Act 2000, POSCO Act, 2012, The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act-1956, RTE-2009, Guardian & Ward Act 1890
3. Policies and programmes for Child Welfare- NPC-2013, National Plan of Action for Children-2005, Rajasthan Child Policy 2008, National Charter for Children, 2003.

1. Problems and Issues Related to Women in India - Child marriage, Female Foeticide, Infanticide, Female mortality, Girl child socialization. Discrimination in nutrition and health care, Female mobility, Single/widowhood, Sexual harassment and exploitation, Violence
