a. Endurance and endurance trained sports, Nutrition for road cycling, Middle Distance and Distance running , swimming  & ultra endurance
b. Intermittent sports like American Football , racquet sports 
c. Strength and power sports  like Nutrition for sprints , throwers, , jumpers and  combined even athletes and lifting sports

8. Visits to health & fitness centers performing grip test, BMI estimations, performance tests, fitness tests, endurance tests, body type determinations.

9. Observations of market survey of sports aids, equipments and fitness aids.
