•    Disaster Management – Earthquake resistant house & prefabricated structures

•    Electricity – Basic units of measurements, safety features, estimation of cost, electrical fitting, Solar Fittings
•    Fire and safety, need and provision, protective devices, and protection, security , ventilation , air conditioning and telecom services

•    Plumbing – Water supply source, pumping system, fitting and fixtures, quality and protection, rain water harvesting
•    Waste Disposal Management- Solid waste disposal , liquid waste disposal ,security system in house.
