Objective: 

Course Objectives:

This course will enable the students to :

  1. Understand the significance of research methodology in Home Science.
  2. Understand the types, tools and methods of research
  3. Develop the ability to construct data gathering instruments appropriate to the research design

COHD44: Outline the various kinds of research, objectives of doing research, research process, research designs and sampling.

COHD45: Compare qualitative and quantitative research techniques
