The students will be able to –

CO91: Examine and design various consumer aids.

CO92: Explain practically existing redressal mechanisms and cases.

CO93: Select the schemes and services offered by banks and post offices and learn to fill various bank and personal income tax forms.

CO94: Develop skill in undertaking food adulteration tests through lab analysis.

CONTENT

1.Evaluation and designing of advertisements in the print media including products, services and social ads.

2. Evaluation and designing of informative and attractive labels of different type of food    products.

  1. Case study of banks and post offices to understand their services and products, Learning to fill different bank forms
  2. Analysis of consumer redressal through case study approach under CPA.
  3. Food adulteration tests
