CO53: Develop skills in assessing and comparing the ECCE organization, mapping a typical day of a child at centre, conducting a market survey to identify and select suitable materials  for ECE centers, an interview of supervisor or center head of a preschool and organizing a parent-teacher meeting.

CO54: Create a Project proposal, three dimension model of ECE centre and design blueprints for ECE centers, detailing infrastructure, learning materials & equipment, activity corners,  and budget.

CO55: Compile comprehensive practical records  by planning different aspects of organizing & managing an ECE centre and cultivate verbal communication skills to converse effectively with examiners.

CO56: Contribute effectively in course specific interaction

Approaches in Teaching:  Interactive Lectures, Brain storming sessions, Power Point Presentation,

  • Visits few ECE centers assessing and comparing the organization of space, appropriateness of play equipment and materials, their use and content and quality of display of ECCE center
  • Preparing blue print of centers of early childhood education- physical infrastructure, learning material and equipment and budgeting
  • Prepare a project proposal for starting an ECCE centre
  • Plan and organize a parent teacher meeting /parent education program
  • Mapping of one day of a child in an ECCE center
  • Interview of supervisor or center head of a preschool
  • Plan and organize the different corners in day care.
