  • Colours reactions for carbohydrates
  • Glucose determination in food and blood by Nelson Somogyi Method.
  • Determination of protein content by Biuret Method.
  • Separation of Amino acids by TLC
  • Estimation of cholesterol using Zlatkis Method.
