COHD 157:Prepare a case study of NGO and CSR initiatives, and a project proposal to start a NGO,

COHD 158: Formulate vision, mission, goals and strategies for NGO and analyse the output of innovative initiatives undertaken by CSR unit of organisations.

COHD 159: Compile comprehensive practical records  by preparing project proposal to establish an NGO, and strategies to run the NGO  or CSR unit and cultivate verbal communication skills to converse effectively with examiners.

COHD160: Contribute effectively in course specific interaction

 

Approaches in Teaching:  Interactive Lectures, Mock Activity, Power Point Presentation, Discussion with lectures.

  • Study a NGO working for women & children and present report on the following: vision, mission, target group, different running projects, Human and physical infrastructure, funding, achievements etc.
  • Prepare a case study of a NGO taken up an innovative experiments in the women and child development/protection sector
  • Plan a proposal/guide to start a NGO: vision, mission, goal, rationale, types of projects, fund raising, staff management, budgeting.
  • Case Studies of Major CSR Initiatives in the field of women and children
  • Visit to NGO working for women or children/CSR unit
