CO11: Identify the concept of growth and development CO12: Identify the role of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins required in human nutrition CO13: Examine energy requirement and expenditure in the human body during rest and physical activity CO14: Identify the diseases and symptoms resulting from deficiency and excess of major and minor nutrients & effect of processing on them. |
