Objective: 

This course will enable the students to:

  • Understand the developmental milestones and transition from adolescence to adulthood
  • Understand the problems of adolescence and adulthood

 

  • Planning and preparing leisure time activities for adolescents
  • Planning a counseling programme for adolescents
  • Planning of questionnaire to study the problems of adults
  • Case profile to study young/ late adulthood/adolescent including study of self, family  and peer relationships
  • Development of need assessment checklist for adults in various fields
  • Planning and preparing a recreational activity for old people
  • Use of interview/questionnaire method to study adult roles (at least one malefemale)
