Holistic Health Practices and Professional skills- Practical (Practical)

CO11: Evaluate the effectiveness of yoga, breathing exercises, and the use of essential oils for relaxation, as well as various stress management techniques, to integrate these practices into professional beauty and wellness routines.

CO12: Assess and apply effective client interaction and customer service techniques, evaluate the quality of professional documents and digital tools for business operations.

CO13 : Compile compprehensive practical and cultivate vocal skills to converse effectively with examiners.
