COCT89: Create basic bodice blocks and samples using dart manipulation techniques/draping

COCT90: Design and develop various garments using draping techniques and construct the garments

COCT91: Compile comprehensive practical record having samples/garments using draping techniques and dart manipulation and cultivate communication skills to converse effectively with examiners

Design variation:

·         Basic Bodice & its adaptation to tops for the following                                                                                                                         (20 Hours)   

  • Manipulating dart excess at different locations
  • Dividing dart excess- Waist & side seam, waist & shoulder
  • Dart equivalents – Gathers, pleats and tuck darts
  • Asymmetrical darts
  • Basic Skirt
