Unit I: 
Course Content:

 Pattern development through draping: (Woven and Knitted)                                   

Design variation:

        a)  Basic Bodice & its adaptation to tops for the following:                                                                                                      20 Hrs   

  1. Manipulating dart excess at different locations
  2. Dividing dart excess- Waist & side seam,  waist & shoulder
  3. Dart equivalents – Gathers, pleats and tuck darts
  4. Asymmetrical darts

 

         b)  Skirt & its  adaptation:                                                                                                                                                                              20Hrs
