The students will be able to –

COFN26: Develop skills associated with Learn interpretation of stress and cognitive test scores.

 

COFN27: Learn to develop research proposals related to micro, macro nutrient deficiency as well as obesity.

 

COFN28: Learn to estimate, analyze and interpret body composition.

  • Dietary Survey: 24 Hr Dietary recall, Food Frequency Questionnaire, Standardization of recepie
  • Anthropometry: Height, Weight, Waist Circumference, Hip Circumference, MUAC- Analysis of data using WHO Standards
  • Stress scale (Standard),  cognition tests.

  • Macronutrient Deficiency: Protein Energy Malnutrition/ Severe Acute Malnutrition
  • Micronutrient Deficiency: Vitamin A, Iron , Iodine
