The students will be able to –

 

COFN 104:Generate therapeutic diet plans for   patient’s suffering from diseases of digestive, renal, circulatory and endocrine system.

 

COFN 105:Evaluate nutrient content of the diet plans.

COFN 106:Formulate and prepare disease specific recipes

 

COFN107:Organize dietary counselling sessionsfor prevention/ treatment of various diseases/ disorders.

 

COFN 108:Investigate various special therapeutic/ health foods for the prevention of disease

COFN 109:Assess the working of Dietetics unit in a hospital
