Objective: 
This course will enable the students to :
1) Assess the development in childhood and adolescence.
2) Plan program and activities for children and adolescents.
 
1. Recording all round development in children using child study methods. 
2. Survey of common problems of children -Child labour, child marriage, child prostitution etc.
3. Evaluation of school achievement of children.
4. Recording changes in adolescents- personal and social. 
5. Planning adolescent / childhood guidance and counseling program for various problems.
6. Planning leisure time activities for children/ adolescents.
7. Planning skill development program for children/ adolescents.
