COFN 79: Using factorial approach students will synthesize information to estimate total energy and protein requirements for diverse ages, physiological conditions and physical activity levels. Evaluate protein quality and synthesise ways to improve it. COFN 80: Using data on iron turnover, absorption and utilization student will synthesize information to calculate iron needs and analyse dietary intake data to determine total fat and fibre consumption COFN81: Compile comphrensive practical records having data analysis related to macro and micronutrients and cultivate verbal communication skills to converse effectively with examiners. COFN82: Contribute effectively in course specific interaction
