Objective: 

This course will enable the students to:

  • Administer various tests to measure the capabilities of an individual.
  • Get exposure to the techniques and solutions for improvement of handicap condition.
  • Understand the societal attitude towards handicap.

 

  • Visits- Government and Private Institutions and Organisations (CGC, schools, NGO’s, Hospitals)
  • Case profile of child with disability 
  • Planning developmentally appropriate material for children with disability.
  • Media as a platform for sources of information about children and their families and about their career choices.
  • Select Psychometric tests (Raven’s Progressive Matrices, Test for Learning disability) and intelligence test (anyone)
