Student will–

COHD 103: Develop skills to identify the problems/difficulties through the counselling process

COHD 104. Compare and  select appropriate approaches and techniques of counselling

COHD 105: Select and develop case specific eclectic approach for therapy

Approaches in Teaching:  Interactive Lectures, Mock Activity, Power Point Presentation, Discussion with lectures.

Unit I: 
Course Content
• Plan and prepare an interview schedule for adult unmarried person at any stage of adulthood
• Preparing educational/informational material regarding various psychological problems.
• Planning play therapy for children’s problems- behavioral, conduct etc.
• Preparation of a Case study of a person suffering from any psychological disorder
• To analyze the hypothetical case records of family. 
• To conduct an awareness generation campaign in the community regarding aspects and issues pertaining to marital & family well being.
• Visit to rehabilitation institution or mental health organization and report writing
