  • Planning, preparation and service of diets for the following:

Therapeutic Diets – Normal, Soft, Clear and full fluid

  • Fevers: acute and chronic
  • Obesity
  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Hypertension and CHD
  • Diarrhoea
  • Constipation
  • Hepatitis
  • Lactose Intolerance and Celiac Disease
  • Survey therapeutic foods in market
