CO121: Estimate colorimetrically the content of vitamins, minerals, total polyphenols, flavonoids and antioxidant activity 

CO122: Analyze the micronutrient content by titrimetric method and estimate the Haemoglobin level in blood

CO123:  Compile comprehensive practical records for analysing micronutrients, antioxidant activity and culminate verbal communication skills to converse effectively with examiner
