This course will enable the students to –
1. Understand the anatomy and functioning of human body system
2. Understand the pathophysiology of commonly occurring diseases.
3. Understand the role of diet in the management of various diseases

The students will be able to – COFN96: Comprehend functional organization of different organ systems in the human body. COFN97: Gain knowledge about causative factors, symptoms and metabolic changes in various diseases/disorders and the associated principles of diet therapy. COFN98: Apply the knowledge in planning therapeutic diets for the disease conditions COFN99: Acquire professional diet counseling skills |
