COCT36: Identification of various types of data measurement tools/tests/procedures and understanding the concept of standardization and reliability and validity

 

COCT37: Develop skill to organize the data and effectively use appropriate quantitative and qualitative statistical software for analysis of data

 

COCT38: Draw conclusions and interpretations from the analyzed data and write reports

  1. Frequency distribution, histogram, frequency polygons, ogive.                                                                          2Hrs

 

  1. Measures of Central Tendency, Measures of Variation.                                                                                              5Hrs

 

  1. Coefficient of correlation, Regression and prediction.                                                                                       5Hrs

 

  1. Chi-square tests- Goodness of fit, Independence of Attributes 2x2 and rxc ontingency tables.                                                                                                                                                 7Hrs

 

  1. Application of Student’s t-test for small samples- test of significance of single mean, difference in means.                                                                                                    4Hrs

 

  1. F-test for two sample variances.                                                                                                                                  3Hrs
